- A pair of heels you are comfortable in (e.g., a sturdy heel or ankle boot styles). I recommend starting with something you can manage so you can focus on technique.Block Heel Style and Ankle Boot Styles are always best for balance and support. Please avoid wearing Open Toe Heel Styles.
- A more challenging pair of heels (if you have them and feel adventurous!).
