Join a hands-on session exploring how you can put AI agents to work in your day-to-day operations. Dirk Bischof (Venture Impact) introduces Claude Cowork, Anthropic's agentic tool that goes beyond chat — letting Claude read, edit and create files, browse the web, and work through connected apps to complete multi-step tasks like research, document drafting and admin from start to finish.
You'll see real examples of Cowork handling the kind of everyday work that eats into SME owners' time, freeing up hours for the parts of the business that actually need your focus.
