About the Event:
Many professionals understand AI's potential but are uncertain about how to apply it effectively in their business. This CPD-accredited workshop gives you the tools and knowledge to do so with confidence.
The afternoon begins with a presentation giving you a working understanding of how AI actually functions and breaking down the terminology. Refreshments are served while you take part in practical breakout sessions. Working in groups you will analyse and improve real business processes, applying what you have learned to identify and implement automation opportunities within your own organisation.
No technical background is required. This workshop is designed for mid-to-senior professionals looking to lead or advise on AI adoption in their business.
CPD accreditation
This event is CPD-certified and carries 2.25 learning hours under the Practical Training Workshop category. Certificates will be issued at the end of the session.

- How large language models work and why they sometimes produce confident, incorrect answers
- How to write clearer, better-constrained prompts
- What AI agents are and how to judge appropriate levels of autonomy
- A practical framework for deciding whether a process needs AI, automation, or neither
- Hands-on process mapping and automation design in a facilitated small-group session
