Residency in Hungary rarely ends with getting the first permit. Renewals, permanent residency and changing circumstances can bring an entirely new set of questions. For this HOW TO HUNGARY x KLUSTER session, immigration lawyer Dr. Sánta Szabolcs Miklós joins Anikó Woods for a practical discussion focused on National Permanent Residence (NPR), EU Permanent Residence (EUPR) and the realities of maintaining your legal status in Hungary.
We'll look at eligibility and timing, preparing for renewals, the documentation that can cause problems, and some of the situations Dr. Sánta is seeing right now. There will also be plenty of time for live questions, so attendees can ask about the issues they are dealing with themselves.
The session will be in English and is designed for internationals already living in Hungary as well as those planning their longer-term residency here.
