How to Have Better Sales Conversations That Convert into Clients

Wondering where your next client will come from? Waiting for enquiries can leave you feeling stuck, even when you know you’re brilliant at what you do. Business owners need to know how to create opportunities for conversations and lead them with confidence.

In this practical, interactive workshop, award-winning sales consultant Lisa Yelland will show you how to spot opportunities in your existing relationships, start conversations that feel natural and relevant, and turn them into booked calls or meetings. You’ll then explore Lisa’s five-step conversation framework, learning how to uncover what someone really needs, communicate the value of your offer and guide the conversation towards a clear decision.

Expect practical examples, time to apply what you learn to your own business, and a clear next step you can take to create your next client opportunity.
