What can we harvest from these last cycles and seasons and what needs to be released? How can we attend and mend the fabric of our own heart, acknowledge our soul’s yearning, and how can we meet these needs with clarity and wisdom? Char is a mentor, spiritual teacher, poet, and memoirist. She is the Spiritual Director of SOI. She has a healing practice integrating ancient and cutting-edge technologies so more healing modalities are available, as all healing begins with the soul. She trusts that healing is the work of our lives. And that the poet brings medicine through symbols, feeling, and something akin to divination.Takeaways:
* Seeds to plant for the coming season
* Shedding what is no longer needed from the last seasons
* Tools to work with each day to cultivate the gifts and strengthen the memory cortex
* A heart cleansing technique to free the heart
