On October 27th, join a conversation between Eric Gordon, the director of the Center for Media Innovation & Social Impact (MISI), Nigel Jacob, former co-chair of Boston's Mayor's Office of New Urban Mechanics, and Anne Short Gianotti, BU Professor of Earth & Environment. The three will talk about Eric's new book, How Institutions Listen: Civic Data, AI, and the Path to Public Trust, and explore the concept of “listening at scale.”

Lunch will be provided.

Hosted by the Institute for Global Sustainability and the Center for Media Innovation & Social Impact at Boston University.
