About this Event
How AI Is Changing Personal Injury Claims and the Medical-Legal Record
What this is
A workshop for injured people, caregivers, rehabilitation professionals, law firm staff and students, on how artificial intelligence is changing injury claims, and what it means for those affected.
Your clinic's notes may be drafted with software. Your wearable device is recording your activity. Insurers are using automated tools to evaluate claims. This session explains what is happening, what your records are exposed to, and what your lawyer is obliged to do about it.
CPD Hours
This program contains 40 minutes of Professionalism Content. It also includes up to 30 minutes of content that may be eligible for Substantive Hours, which do not require accreditation. Sign-in, breaks and networking do not carry CPD hours.
