We’re excited to offer a charter bus for our alumni community to travel to Austin to cheer on the Gators as part of a tailgate (or, if you have tickets to the game and want to save yourself the hassle of driving).Here are the key details:
Departure: Approximately 6:00 AM from Katy Mills
Game Time: TBD, but kickoff is currently set for between 11:00AM - Noon
Return: Immediately after the game - planned return time is to be back in Katy by approximately 6:00 PM, but that depends on start time and duration
Cost: $115 per person (this includes payment for the charter bus, $30 entry fee for the tailgate (food and non-alcoholic drinks are included), and a $25 donation to the Houston Gator Alumni Club).
Capacity: Limited to 49 seats
Deadline: Reservations will no longer be accepted after October 10, 2026. Please grab a seat now before space runs out. Don't get left behind.
Please note:
If we do not reach 49 attendees, it is possible this event will be cancelled. In that event, refunds would be issued. Otherwise ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, WITH NO EXCEPTIONS, unless we are unable to travel due to lack of participation and the event being cancelled.
Additional information:
Drinks and snacks during the tailgate are included in the cost.
