About this Event
Houston AI SOP Lab: Turn Team Knowledge Into Repeatable Workflows
Practical Focus: A roll-up-your-sleeves operational lab designed for Houston small-business owners, operations managers, and professional service teams to transform undocumented internal knowledge into structured, repeatable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
What You Will Build: Map an existing recurring process, classify tasks into "AI Can Assist" vs. "Human Must Own", construct a 1-page operating workflow, stress-test failure points, and outline a 30-day team rollout plan.
What to Bring: Bring one recurring internal process you want to standardize (e.g., client onboarding, lead qualification, weekly reporting, project handoffs, or content approvals). Laptops are optional; the full framework can be completed using the printed physical workbook.
Strict Data Security & Privacy: Attendees must work with generalized or fictionalized examples; entering confidential client files, passwords, banking credentials, or protected health information into public AI tools is strictly prohibited.
Tool-Neutral & Zero-Sales: No software vendor pitches, mandatory tool sign-ups, or coding required; focus remains entirely on business process architecture and human oversight.
Hospitality: Filtered water, freshly brewed coffee, hot tea, and light refreshments are provided complimentary.
