Please join your South County MDT colleagues and HUD Technical Assistance providers for an interactive day focused on building an effective, collaborative, housing-focused MDT.
We’ll use discussion, practical examples, and real-world scenarios to strengthen how the South County MDT operates as a team and establish a shared approach to supporting some of our community’s most vulnerable residents.
