House of Sparkling is back! 🥂
Following the success of last year’s festival, we’re popping the cork once again and bringing House of Sparkling back to the riverside at Mary Mae’s for an even bigger celebration of all things bubbly.
Join us for three sparkling hours of sipping, discovering and celebrating, with 12+ sparkling wine and champagne producers coming together under one roof.
From iconic French champagne houses to some of the best Australian sparkling producers, you’ll have the chance to taste your way through the line-up, chat with the people behind the bottles and discover a few new favourites along the way.
And because no Mary Mae’s party is complete without a little entertainment, expect a live DJ and saxophone, champagne sabering, a champagne tower and plenty of riverside atmosphere.

-Cancellation before 9th of October 2026: Full refund (via email request to [email protected])
-Cancellations after 9th of October 2026: No refund after 9th of October 2026.
-No takeaway alcohol or BYO. Arrival drink cannot be substituted.
-VIP food boxes cannot be substituted.
- 18+ only, valid ID may be required on entrance. No ID no entrance.
*RSA strictly enforced.
