Hosted inside Seiya’s forthcoming Coconut Grove restaurant, this intimate tasting experience will offer guests an early look at the new space and Chef Seiya Noborikawa’s signature “Nikkei Alterno” style. Guests will enjoy a selection of bites paired with cocktails and tastings of House of Rare’s award-winning tequilas. The evening will culminate in the debut of RAREcask Umeshu Reposado, an experimental release available exclusively at Seiya.
