A friendly and welcoming drop-in for parents to support each other, make new friends, discuss any problems and enjoy a hot drink. Just turn up!
House of Light’s groups are facilitated by their therapist's, support workers and volunteers who can offer help, support and signposting to other services should this be required.
Schedules are added 4 weeks at a time. More dates will be made available.
Booking is not required if tickets are sold out. Walk-in's are welcome!
