Houdini 100: The Centennial CelebrationOne Day. One Time. One Hundred Years.
On October 31, 1926, at 1:26 PM, the curtain fell on the life of Harry Houdini—the world's most famous magician.
Exactly 100 years later, at the very same hour, we invite you to join us for a once-in-a-century theatrical celebration of the man whose influence forever changed the art of magic.
This is not a Halloween show.
It is a special commemorative matinee honoring the life, legacy, and enduring mystery of Harry Houdini through live magic, storytelling, history, and unforgettable theatrical moments.
Step inside The Amarillo Magic Co. and experience an intimate afternoon unlike anything we've ever presented. Explore a special Houdini exhibit in our Museum of Magic & Oddities before taking your seat for a performance inspired by one of history's greatest entertainers.
Throughout the afternoon, you'll witness astonishing illusions, impossible mysteries, mind reading, audience participation, and stories celebrating the remarkable life of the escape artist, innovator, showman, and magician whose name remains synonymous with the impossible.
At exactly 1:26 PM, we will pause to mark the centennial of Houdini's passing before beginning a one-of-a-kind performance created exclusively for this historic occasion.
Whether you're a lifelong student of magic, a history enthusiast, or simply looking for a truly unique live experience, Houdini 100: The Centennial Celebration is an event you'll remember for years to come.
