We’re excited to reopen with a refreshed vision, dedicated to high-quality, intentional, and artistic music where audiences can truly connect with the performers. Our goal is to gradually cultivate an environment where the focus is on the music itself, transform the room into a true listening room, a room where people listen attentively and connect on a deeper level.
Hot Radio is an instrumental quartet featuring Jonathan Bousquet on saxophone, Devon Hurt on
guitar, Dave Walker on upright bass, and Jake Smith on drums. We blend modern jazz with
popular tunes, using familiar melodies as a vehicle for spontaneous improvisation and creative
exploration.
Our performances are built around vibrant interpretations and in-the-moment interaction, giving
every piece a unique character. Whether reimagining a classic or exploring new musical territory,
we aim to keep our music engaging, heartfelt, and accessible.
Hot Radio brings a relaxed, approachable spirit to improvisation while exploring the possibilities
of contemporary music.
