Join Ado × HOTWORX Canyon Meadows for Hot Flash, a women’s wellness experience combining movement, connection and reflection.
We’re shifting the conversation around exercise away from simply how our bodies look and toward what our bodies allow us to do in every season of life.
Start the morning connecting with other women before choosing an infrared Yoga or Pilates session. After your workout, you’ll have time to explore HOTWORX through HIIT or free weights, or simply cool down, hydrate and connect. We’ll finish with a guided Ado reflection centred around one question:
