OBORO participe à la 4e édition de Palestine Cinema Days Around the World, une initiative internationale qui fait voyager le cinéma palestinien et ses récits à travers le monde.
Cette année, nous présenterons With Hasan in Gaza, de Kamal Aljafari, en collaboration avec Hasan Elboubou, une réflexion sur la mémoire et la perte construite à partir d’images tournées à Gaza en 2001 et récemment retrouvées, ainsi que The Flowers Stand Silently, Witnessing, de Theo Panagopoulos, un essai cinématographique qui se penche sur des archives de fleurs sauvages palestiniennes et sur le rôle de l’image comme forme de témoignage.

OBORO is participating in the 4th edition of Palestine Cinema Days Around the World, an international initiative that brings Palestinian cinema and its stories to audiences around the world.
This year, we will present With Hasan in Gaza by Kamal Aljafari, in collaboration with Hasan Elboubou—a reflection on memory and loss constructed from footage shot in Gaza in 2001 and recently rediscovered—as well as The Flowers Stand Silently, Witnessing, by Theo Panagopoulos, a cinematic essay that explores archival footage of Palestinian wildflowers and the role of the image as a form of testimony.
