About our Free ND Workshops MKThe sessions are for people with ADHD, autism and related neurodivergent needs, including those who are diagnosed, waiting for assessment, self-identifying, or supporting someone neurodivergent.
Each workshop covers a different real-life topic, including ADHD strategies, relationships, study, work, masking, late diagnosis, nervous system regulation and AI/tech tools.
Sessions are informal, practical and ND-friendly. No pressure to share, make eye contact, sit still, or perform.
Please note: this project is grant-funded and places are only available for Milton Keynes residents. Please check out our other events (and sign up to our mailing list for future events) which will be open to other groups of people.
