About the Event
Hope and Empowerment Foundation GH LBG (HEF-GH) invites individuals, organisations, corporate partners, donors, volunteers and compassionate members of the public to join us for Phase 3 of the Hope Restoration Orphanage Outreach Project (HROOP) on 5 December 2026.
HROOP is a humanitarian and child-empowerment initiative established to support vulnerable and marginalised children living in care homes and orphanages across the Greater Accra Region.
Our overarching goal is to reach 1,000 vulnerable and marginalised children through the project.
Through Phases 1 and 2, HEF-GH has already reached 370 vulnerable children at The Potter's Village, Dodowa, and Village of Hope, Gomoa Fetteh.
On 5 December 2026, we will undertake Phase 3 in care homes in Nungua and Adenta, extending this mission of compassion, support and empowerment to more children.
This is more than an outreach visit. It is an opportunity to remind vulnerable children that they are seen, valued, supported and capable of building brighter futures.
What Phase 3 Will Provide
📚 Educational Support
Provision of educational materials, books, learning resources and essential school supplies to support children's education and learning.
🧡 Welfare & Humanitarian Support
Provision of food supplies, clothing, personal-care items, hygiene materials and other essential welfare support.
🧠 Mindset, Character & Mentorship
Age-appropriate mentorship and empowerment activities designed to encourage positive character, confidence, self-belief, responsible decision-making and hope for the future.
⚕️ Health & Wellbeing
Support for basic health, hygiene and wellbeing needs, subject to available resources and the needs identified by participating care facilities.
🎨 Recreation, Fellowship & Joy
Games, interactive activities, mentorship engagement, shared meals and fellowship with the children and outreach team.
