Hope.Join us on Saturday, November 7, 2026, at Crosby Confluence Park in St. George, Utah, for Hope in Every Step 5K — a special community trail run and walk raising awareness for stomach cancer and supporting patients, survivors, caregivers, and families whose lives have been touched by this disease.
Whether you're a runner, a walker, a survivor, currently fighting, a caregiver, or participating in memory of someone you love, there is a place for you.

Proceeds from the event will support Hope for Stomach Cancer (StoCAN) and its work to empower patients and families through education, support, research partnerships, and advocacy.
