🍂🍁 A NIGHT OF HOPE & HEALING 🍁🍂🌾 Finding Peace Through Nature 🌾
We are so excited to invite you to our next Night of Hope & Healing 🧡
📅 Tuesday, October 27th
⏰ 5:30 PM – Gather & Nature Walk
📍 Runge Nature Center | Jefferson City, MO
There is something incredibly peaceful about stepping outside, breathing in the fresh air, and simply enjoying God’s beautiful creation 🪵
Throughout my own seasons of grief, struggles, and challenges, nature has been such a beautiful place to find peace, reflect, pray, and reconnect with God!!
And that’s exactly how I’d love to begin our evening 🙌🏻
🍂 5:30 PM | A Walk Through Nature
We’ll gather together and enjoy a peaceful walk along the trails at Runge Nature Center. No rush, no expectations. Just fresh air, beautiful fall scenery, and the comfort of being surrounded by others who understand that life isn’t always easy.!
☕ Following Our Walk | Warm Drinks, Snacks & Healing
After our walk, we’ll gather together for hot chocolate, some delicious snacks, and another wonderful discussion led by our guest therapist, Tricia Orscheln!
💫 This Month’s Topic: The Somatic Experience of Loss
Did you know that grief doesn’t just affect our hearts and minds? It can affect our physical bodies, too!!
Tricia will be sharing how grief and stress can show up physically, along with simple grounding techniques, breathing exercises, and gentle movements that can help us navigate those difficult moments.
Whether you’re grieving the loss of someone you love, walking through a difficult season, or simply looking for encouragement and connection, YOU ARE WELCOME HERE.
You don’t have to walk through life’s difficult seasons alone 🙏🏻
Come as you are. Bring a friend. Enjoy God’s creation. And spend an evening surrounded by hope, healing, and community!!
We would absolutely love to see you there 😌
