🇺🇸 Honoring Our Heroes: A Veterans Day Celebration 🇺🇸Wednesday, November 11 | VFW Post 10094
Join us at VFW Post 10094 as we proudly celebrate Veterans Day and honor the brave men and women who have served our great nation. ❤️🤍💙
Veterans Day is more than a date on the calendar. It’s a day to recognize the courage, sacrifice, dedication, and service of the men and women who have worn our nation’s uniform. It’s also a reminder that honoring our veterans shouldn’t be limited to one day a year.
This Veterans Day, we’re coming together as a VFW family to pay tribute, share fellowship, and recognize those who have given so much in service to our country.
🇺🇸 HERE’S WHAT’S HAPPENING!
🕚 11 AM | Canteen Opens
🕑 2 PM | V-Tiki Opens
🎤 3 PM | Veterans Day Address Join us for a special Veterans Day address from our VFW Head of House, John Belcher, as we take a moment to recognize and honor our veterans.
🎶 4–7 PM | Live Music with Jerry Northup Enjoy an afternoon of great music, friendship, and camaraderie.
🐎 6–8 PM | Horse Races Keep the patriotic spirit going with some friendly competition and fun!
🇺🇸 HONORING OUR VETERANS BEYOND OUR WALLS
One of the most meaningful ways we can honor our veterans is by showing up for them in our community.
Throughout the day, our Commander, Shawn Haven, and Senior Vice Commander, Heather Ingraffia, will be out representing VFW Post 10094 as they visit several local nursing homes and assisted living facilities (ALFs), spending time with veterans, sharing conversations, and recognizing the men and women who have served.
Because service doesn’t end when the uniform comes off, and neither should our commitment to those who served.
A visit, a conversation, a handshake, or simply taking the time to say thank you can mean more than we realize. Let’s continue finding ways to support our veterans, especially those who may not always have family nearby or opportunities to be recognized.
❤️ NEVER FORGET. NEVER TAKE THEIR SERVICE FOR GRANTED. ALWAYS HONOR THEIR SACRIFICE.
Whether you’re a veteran, a family member, or someone who simply believes in honoring those who served, we invite you to spend Veterans Day with your VFW 10094 family.
Let’s fill the day with gratitude, patriotism, fellowship, and appreciation for America’s heroes.
God Bless Our Veterans. God Bless America! 🇺🇸
