You have been carrying it for a long time. The anger. The silence. The performance. The control. The running. The smile that says fine when nothing is fine.
That is your smoke. And smoke is never the real story--it's a signal.
On October 10th, come experience a day designed to help you see what has been hiding behind the behavior, name the wound underneath it, and walk away with the language, tools, and context to activate your own healing.
Honey, Your Smoke Is Talking: The Honey Experience is not a conference. It is not a church service. It is not a feel-good event where you leave inspired and forget everything by Monday.
It is a safe space where real women do real work together.
What to Expect:
In the first half of the day, we identify the smoke. You will explore what your behaviors and patterns have been signaling and see yourself clearly, maybe for the first time, without shame or judgment.
In the second half, we go underneath it. You will find the fire. The unaddressed wound or trauma that has been driving everything. And you will begin to understand that your fire was never meant to destroy you. It was meant to deploy you.
We close the day with a Q&A panel to include a licensed clinician who will answer your questions and point you toward next steps.
