Applicants will reserve an appointment time to participate in an expedited application review with Habitat staff. At the conclusion of their appointment, they will either receive approval to move forward to the next step in the Homeownership Program or an adverse action notice explaining the items that need to be addressed before they can become eligible.
Applicants who are approved to move forward will also have the opportunity to meet with one of our preferred lending partners to begin the mortgage prequalification process.
Be Fully Prepared:
- We encourage applicants to download the application early, review all requirements carefully, and gather required documentation in advance.
- Applications must be complete and include all required supporting documentation at the time of submission. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
- We will not make copies at the event, and original documents will not be accepted.
- Preparing in advance ensures your application can be reviewed without delay.
- Please review the Required Document Checklist to make sure you have all necessary documents ready prior to the Application Fast Track Event.
