Ready to roll up your sleeves and make some delicious homemade pizza? Join our fun, in-person workshop where you'll learn all the secrets to perfect dough, tasty sauce, and mouthwatering toppings. No experience needed—just bring your appetite and good vibes! Let's get cooking and bake some memories together.
Rio Salado culinary workshops are designed for the beginner and are fun and low pressure. Workshops are hands on and participants will be standing for the majority of the workshop. Workshops are generally made up of 12-16 students and we work in teams of 4. We want the group to work safely, learn new techniques and recipes to their culinary repertoire and most importantly, HAVE FUN! Proper kitchen attire is required which includes: closed toe shoes, long pant and long or short sleeve shirt. Please restrain hair while in the kitchen.
