About this Event
We’ll walk you through sprouting and indoor growing techniques and share seed selection and garden visioning practices & planning to support you in the process of bringing your garden to life in the spring season.
Emphasis will be placed on organic, sustainable gardening techniques that respond to Mississauga’s changing climate through the promotion of healthy soil, water conservation, and other low-impact gardening.
Great for residents with limited or no gardening experience. Everyone is welcome. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
This workshop will include a hands-on indoor growing & sprouting activity.
The Winter Season Garden Workshop is the fourth of our four-part Homegrown Mississauga Gardening Series.
