Join us for an information session to learn about the Welcome Home Program and how Home Share Providers make a meaningful difference in the lives of adults with developmental disabilities.
The Welcome Home Program matches adults seeking a supportive living arrangement with individuals, couples, or families who can provide a welcoming home environment. Providers play an important role in supporting independence, community inclusion, and a sense of belonging.
During this session, we'll share information about the program, the role of a Home Share Provider, the supports available, and the application and matching process. You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions and connect with our team.
Whether you're exploring the idea for the first time or are ready to learn more about becoming a provider, we invite you to join us and discover how your home could make a lasting impact.
