Join us for Home-Runs for Hope, a fun and relaxed afternoon of softball in support of Hope Lives Here Animal Rescue. 🥎🐾Players should arrive by 1:30 PM so teams can get organized, with games running from 2:00–5:00 PM at Strathcona Athletic Park — Diamonds 1 & 2.
Registration is $30 per player and includes softball, a roast beef sandwich, chips and pop.
This is a recreational event focused on having fun and supporting the rescue, so good sportsmanship is expected from everyone.
Please note:
- Pre-registration is required so we can organize teams and plan food
- Players must bring their own equipment
- Children may participate with parent/guardian involvement
- Nearest parking is on the west side of Strathcona Athletic Park
- No cash, sales or onsite transactions are permitted
- There is no rain date or reschedule, as this is the final weekend the fields are available. If the weather is poor, we’ll share any event-day updates as needed.
Proceeds support the animals in the care of Hope Lives Here Animal Rescue Society. 💜
