About this Event
Wes Craven’s genre-warping breakthrough introduced Freddy Krueger — a horrifically burned killer who murders his victims in their dreams — and rewrote the rules of the American slasher in one stroke. Heather Langenkamp anchors a suburban nightmare that shifts effortlessly between grounded teenage horror and full-blown dream logic. Robert Englund’s Freddy is one of horror’s essential creations. The one that started Elm Street.
Bonus!
As a special added bonus, before select films, we’ll be screening the new 30th Anniversary 4K restoration of SEASON’S GREETINGS (1996), the creepy cartoon short from Michael Doherty, director of TRICK R’ TREAT (2007), featuring the first appearance of that film’s “Sam” character.
Many thanks to Michael and Minor Demons, Inc for allowing us this opportunity to provide you with this bite-sized fright.
