🌞 What to Expect
Whether you’ve been living in Scotland for a few months or many years, there can be mixed feelings that come with being away from where you’re from.
Home Away From Home is a space to explore these feelings through yoga, guided meditation, therapeutic self-reflection and supportive conversation.
The workshop will be led by Tiana, yoga teacher, and Laura, psychologist. Having both moved to Scotland from Spain and Hungary, we share an understanding of what it can feel like to live between worlds.
No matter how long you’ve been away, if you have ever felt like your sense of home is a little more complicated than a place on a map, this experience is for you!

- Comfortable clothes
- Water
- Yoga equipment is provided at the studio but feel free to bring your own.
- Journal + pen (optional)

- Please ensure you’re physically able to take part and listen to your body throughout. Participation is at your own risk.
- In line with the psychologist's code of ethics, this workshop is under full confidentiality. This applies to everything that comes up during the session. This duty continues even after the session ends.
- Refunds available up to 72 hours before the event. After 72 hours, no refunds (tickets transferable to a friend)
