InnerWork Weekend | A Journey Beyond the SurfaceDecember 4–6, 2026 | Prince George, BC
What if the parts of yourself you've been searching for have been waiting for you to turn inward?
Beneath the roles we play, the expectations we carry, and the stories we've collected throughout our lives, there is so much more of ourselves waiting to be discovered.
Some parts of us have been silenced. Some have been protected. Others have simply never been given the space to be seen, felt, or expressed.
InnerWork Weekend is an invitation to meet yourself beyond the familiar.
Over three immersive days, we will explore the deeper layers of the human experience through GROF® Breathwork, music, experiential journeywork, creative expression, and meaningful connection.
This isn't about fixing yourself, becoming someone new, or forcing a breakthrough.
It's about creating space for whatever lives within you to emerge. To approach the unknown with curiosity. To reconnect with the wisdom of your body and explore the many layers that make you who you are.
There is no predetermined destination. Each person's journey is uniquely their own.
What to Expect
This weekend is intentionally designed as one continuous experience, allowing time for preparation, exploration, reflection, and integration.

Opening Circle & Preparation
Arrive, connect, and begin creating the foundation for the journey ahead.
Saturday, December 5 | 9 AM–7 PM
GROF® Breathwork
An immersive exploration through breath, evocative music, and inner experience, with opportunities for creative expression and reflection.
Sunday, December 6 | 10 AM–5 PM
Holotropic Journey
A continuation of the inward exploration, offering space to deepen your experience, connect with what has emerged, and begin integrating your discoveries.
Follow-up integration calls are included to support continued reflection and meaning-making beyond the weekend.
Who Is This For?
For the curious. The seekers. Those standing at a threshold in life. Those who feel there is something deeper calling them inward.
You don't need to know what you're looking for.
You only need a willingness to meet yourself with curiosity, compassion, and openness.
Because sometimes the most meaningful journey we can take isn't toward something outside of ourselves.
It's the journey back to ourselves.
