About this Event
LETTING GO: RELEASE THE WEIGHT. RECLAIM YOUR FREEDOM.
What if the person you're becoming needs you to let go of the things you've been carrying?
The beliefs that keep you playing small. The expectations that leave you feeling trapped. The identities you've outgrown and the weight of who you think you should be.
The Letting Go session is your opportunity to create space for something new. Through a powerful combination of reflective writing, hypnosis and transformative breathwork, you'll explore what you're ready to release, reconnect with what truly matters and begin loosening the grip of the beliefs and behaviours that no longer align with the life you want.
✨ Reflective writing — uncover what you're ready to leave behind, recognise what you've learned and decide what deserves to come with you into your next chapter.
✨ Hypnosis — begin shifting the subconscious beliefs that keep you tied to old expectations, helping you build a mindset that supports your growth and freedom.
✨ Breathwork — reconnect with your body, explore emotions and create space for release, clarity and a renewed sense of possibility.
This is about more than letting go. It's about choosing yourself, making peace with where you've been and giving yourself permission to move forward differently.
You don't have to carry every belief, expectation or version of yourself into your future.
Release what weighs you down. Make room for who you're becoming. Your next chapter starts with you.
