About this Event
You’ve spent long enough feeling like you’re not good enough. It’s time to discover who you really are.
The Inner Child session is where your breakthrough begins. Through a powerful combination of reflective writing, hypnosis and transformative breathwork, you’ll reconnect with your younger self, explore the beliefs that may be holding you back, and begin creating a new relationship with yourself.
✨ Reflective writing — explore your experiences, connect with your inner child and give a voice to the parts of you that need compassion.
✨ Hypnosis — begin reshaping limiting beliefs and creating new, empowering ways of thinking about yourself.
✨ Breathwork — reconnect with your body, explore your emotions and create space for release, clarity and self-awareness.
This is an opportunity to understand yourself on a deeper level, nurture your sense of self-worth and begin moving beyond the beliefs that have kept you feeling stuck.
You are worthy of more than simply getting by. You deserve to feel confident, connected and comfortable being yourself.
Your breakthrough starts within. Are you ready to begin?
