The Ukrainian Cultural Club of Dallas invites you to join us for a special Holodomor Remembrance event as we honor the millions of innocent Ukrainians who lost their lives during the Holodomor, the man-made famine of 1932–1933.
There are few Ukrainian families whose histories have not been touched by this terrible tragedy. Behind every name, every photograph, and every family story is a life, a memory, and a history that must never be lost.
We invite you to help us preserve these memories.
If your family has a story of relatives who survived or perished during the Holodomor, we would be honored to share it as part of our remembrance program.
Please submit:
Family stories and recollections of relatives who survived or perished.
Photographs of family members, if available.
Written accounts or memories passed down through generations.
Please email your photographs and draft stories to [email protected] by November 24, so we can coordinate the presentations and prepare a commemorative slideshow.
Let us come together to remember those whose lives were taken, honor the strength of those who survived, and ensure that the stories of our families and our nation are passed on to future generations.
Their stories are our history. Their memory is our responsibility.

Everyone is welcome to attend a church service at the Parish of Saint George at 11:00 AM, preceding the Holodomor Remembrance program.
Following the service, light refreshments and drinks will be offered. Guests are also welcome to contribute to our shared table by bringing a favorite dish, baked goods, or refreshments.
We look forward to coming together as a community to remember, honor, and share the stories of our families.
