According to research by the New Economics Foundation, there are five key ways to enhance your mental health and overall wellbeing.
1. Connect - with others through a group bike ride
2. Be Active - Engaging in physical activity is great for both physical and mental health
3. Take Notice - our ride is along the Leeds-Liverpool Canal to the beauiful Rodley Nature Reserve, so you can appreciate nature and the changing seasons

5. Give - support your companion riders and share a smile and a sense of achievement

The ride will last up to 1.5 hours, but will go at the pace of the slowest rider.

Bikes and helmets are provided, but if you do have your own bike, then you are more than welcome to bring it!
Wrap up warm, dig out your waterproofs and come and ride your bike with others - it's good for the body and the soul!
