About this Event
Breakfast from 8.00am
Discussion from 8.30–9.30am
Please join us for a session focused on how diversity in the property industry is actually delivering change.
There is a lot of talk about DEI. Policies, targets and statements. The focus here is simple. Is any of it changing how decisions are made, who progresses, and what gets delivered?
This session brings together a mix of voices from across the industry to talk honestly about representation, leadership and social mobility, and how this plays out in practice.
Confirmed speakers include:
→ Darren Rodwell (Chair) — IG Consultancy, former Leader of Barking and Dagenham Council
→ Elizabeth Joseph-Adigun — Founder, The HerEstate Network
→ Sarah Hayford — Founder, The Land Collective
→ Raheim Clemetson-Thomas — Apprentice PM, Muse / University of Salford
→ Further speakers to be announced
What is different about this session is the people involved. Alongside senior perspectives, we are bringing in early and mid-stage professionals who are actively supporting others into the industry and dealing with the reality of access and progression day to day. These are people creating routes in, not just talking about them.
The panel will debate whether the industry has genuinely moved on, where diversity is improving outcomes, and where progress is still falling short, particularly in relation to social mobility, representation at senior level and retention.
This will be an interactive session. The audience will be invited to share their views.
Please let us know you will be joining us by confirming your attendance.
This DEI breakfast is in partnership with The Land Collective and HerEstate Network and proudly sponsored by Accession Network, WSP and Cratus Group.
UKREiiF pass required to attend.
