The LDN Collective’s legendary After Party is back! This year we’re going bigger than ever in collaboration with our friends at Land Aid.
We’re taking over the entire Cuckoo Club for #DecaDance, a night of music, energy and unforgettable connections with the movers and shakers of UK real estate, investment and infrastructure.
🔥 Expect secret DJs revealed on the night — including a famous name who has played at Ibiza and London’s top clubs (and also happens to work in our industry).
✨ Explore themed rooms, sip cocktails with colleagues and collaborators, and keep the conversation going long after the conference closes.
🍾 Enjoy a glass of prosecco on arrival and a drinks token for wine, beer or a house spirit and mixer. Homemade pizzas and curated cocktails are available to order throughout the night.
🎭 Try out our fancy dress photo booth and raise money for Land Aid.
💃🕺 Doors open at 8pm and the music won’t stop until 3am — so get ready to dance, network and celebrate with friends old and new.
🎟️ Tickets are £60 per person, which includes your welcome drink and drinks token.
💚 10% of profits will be donated to our charity partners Land Aid, supporting young homeless people throughout the UK.
🌍 The remainder will help fund the work of the LDN Collective, who only work on built environment projects with social and environmental impact.

🎬 Become an Event Partner
As an Event Partner, your organisation will host its own themed room, complete with branded balloons, décor and exclusive access for up to 25 guests between 6pm and 8pm. Your brand will feature across social media, event signage and photography, ensuring high-profile visibility before, during and after the event.
