Kick off Halloween weekend with a flow, some flowers, and good company! We'll start with an 60 minute all-levels yoga flow followed by a guided meditation to help you slow down and settle in, whether you're brand new to the mat or a seasoned regular.After class, stick around for the social hour, where your choice of a flower keepsake and a drink is included. The Salt & Stem flower truck will be on site so you can build your own bouquet to take home, or pick out one of their premade dried floral pumpkins for a perfect fall centerpiece. Then grab either a pumpkin beer or a B Alive juice from B Juiced (a bright blend of orange, carrot, lemon, and turmeric), and hang out, chat, and celebrate the season with your yoga community.
Bring your mat, bring a friend, and come enjoy an evening that's all treats and no tricks. 🎃
