We’ll explore a variety of fruits, herbs, spices and botanicals, their flavors, benefits and some delicious ways to pair them. Then you’ll become the mixologist and create two of your own custom holiday simple syrup blends, taking home two 8 oz bottles to enjoy long after the workshop is over.
Simple syrup isn't just for cocktails! 🍹☕️🍨 Use your creations to:
• Mix into cocktails or mocktails
• Sweeten coffee, lattes or tea
• Add flavor to sparkling water or lemonade
• Drizzle over ice cream, cheesecake, pancakes or other desserts
• Brush onto cakes for extra flavor and moisture
• Create a beautiful holiday drink for guests at home
🍽️ A delicious buffet featuring food made on the premises by PBF is included for EVERY guest!
