Step away from the noise and allow yourself to be held by gentle music, movement, and the holiday spirit! Jessica Mihm-Bonner and world-class violinist Mary Corbett of the Florida Orchestra have co-created an experience to help you slow down, take a breath, and experience the joy of the season for YOU.
You'll begin with gentle movement to release tension in the body and settle the nervous system. You'll then be guided into relaxing and supported restorative yoga postures while being immersed in the beautiful sounds of Mary's live holiday-inspired violin performance.
As the music fills the room and the body softens into stillness, you'll be invited to simply receive.
This special evening is an opportunity for you to reflect and recharge during one of the busiest times of the year. You will leave feeling grounded, restored, and more present for the season ahead.
