You deserve a night off this December! Why not take a couple of hours to look back on the past year and celebrate alongside other women entrepreneurs from across our region?
This year, we’re gathering at Betty’s on George, a cozy, new wine bar located across from the Avon and Studio Theatres in downtown Stratford.
Opened in May 2026 by Jennifer Birmingham (who also owns and operates The Bruce Hotel), Betty’s has a playful retro theme and was created as a tribute to her late mother.
Betty's is known for its delicious shareable plates (included in the price of your ticket) as well as its impressive list of wine and non-alcoholic beverages (available at an additional cost).
Each attendee will also receive a special gift, courtesy of Fresh Idea Collective.
Your ticket also helps support local families in need, with a portion of proceeds being donated to help support The Local Community Food Centre in Stratford.
The Local runs an affordable community access market where residents can buy fresh, local, healthy food at wholesale-style prices. It also offers cooking and skills classes, gardening in its greenhouse, and advocacy and support to address the root causes of food insecurity and poverty.
We think Betty's is the perfect spot to spend a couple of hours in the company of other women entrepreneurs, and raise a glass to everything you’ve accomplished this past year.
