About this Event
American Mah Jongg Boot Camp
Come join us for a fun and intensive Mah Jongg Boot Camp!
This class is perfect for the American Mah Jongg newbie - never played? No worries - we'll start from the very beginning and by the end of 3 hours - you'll be playing American Mah Jongg!
Our expert instructors will guide you through strategies, rules, and techniques to help you become a Mah Jongg maven (or mister). Don't miss out on this exciting opportunity to get started on one of the fastest growing (and we'd argue, most fun) games around!
- 8:45am - doors open
- 9am - class begins (arrive on time as we'll get started right on time!)
We'll have breaks throughout the morning and end promptly at noon. Participants are welcome to stay and play for a while if you like!
The class includes your National Mah Jongg League Card (required for play).
The Colorado Mah Jongg instructors are both experts at Mah Jongg, and also have extensive adult education experience - we promise you'll learn alongside a table full of other beginners - and you'll have fun!
To maximize your learning opportunities, you may be seated with other students and will have the opportunity to move to other tables as the lesson progresses.
This is a small, intimate learning environment in our instructor's home. The home has pets (dogs), who will be outdoors during the class.
