This December, Golden Isles Belly Dance is delighted to welcome back Lindsey Adkison for a special 4-class Holiday Glow Yoga Flow Series - a festive, feel-good invitation to stretch, strengthen, breathe, and recharge during the most wonderful (and busiest!) time of the year.

Set in a cozy, festive atmosphere, this series will combine mindful yoga flows, gentle stretches, breathwork, and moments of stillness to help you stay grounded, energized, and joyful throughout the holiday season.
Expect a beautiful balance of strength and softness, movement and relaxation, with plenty of options for all experience levels. And, of course, Lindsey's signature blend of knowledge, compassion, and a healthy dose of humor!
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just looking for an hour each week that's entirely YOURS, this is your invitation to leave the holiday hustle at the door and find your inner glow. ✨
🌿 Meet Your Instructor: Lindsey Adkison
Lindsey's lifelong love of movement began with Tae Kwon Do and dance before she discovered yoga in 2006 at The Clouds on St. Simons Island.
She became a certified yoga teacher in 2013 and later completed a 200-hour instructor training and apprenticeship at OmCore Yoga. With over a decade of local teaching experience, Lindsey is also a dedicated Ashtanga Yoga practitioner. Since 2017, she has studied with Eddie Stern in New York City, deepening her connection to the traditional Mysore lineage.
Her classes bring together experience, encouragement, thoughtful movement, and just the right amount of laughter.
