Celebrate the spirit of the holiday season at Café du Parc, the French brasserie at the iconic Willard InterContinental Washington, D.C., located on Pennsylvania Avenue in the heart of the nation’s capital.
Since 1997, Café du Parc has brought a taste of France to Washington, pairing classic French cuisine with contemporary flair in an elegant, Parisian-inspired setting. Recognized by Forbes Travel Guide, the restaurant celebrates the traditions of French gastronomy through thoughtfully prepared dishes and refined flavors under the direction of Executive Chef Gyo Santa, whose culinary experience includes nine years in Michelin-starred restaurants in France.
The holiday edition offers an especially festive opportunity to gather in the warmth of Willard InterContinental, where seasonal decorations and holiday caroling bring cherished traditions to life. Guests are invited to enjoy the hotel’s holiday ambiance and caroling before gathering at Café du Parc for a special three-course dinner created by Executive Chef Gyo Santa.
The festive menu features a selection of dishes celebrating the restaurant’s French-inspired culinary style, including grilled Spanish octopus, roasted rainbow beets, New York strip steak, halibut and Muscovy duck breast, followed by a choice of classic desserts.
