About this Event
Holiday Dance Choreo Workshop is a playful in-person four-week holiday dance adventure for local adults of all ages, bodies, genders, and abilities to be held in Hickory NC at a private residential dance studio. Address sent after booking.
Move, connect, and create
Hosted by Flysong Studio Hickory, this casual workshop will teach fun, holiday-themed choreography. Laugh, move, connect, and create a group dance performance video to share with family and friends. No dance experience is necessary—come as you are, bring a friend, or meet new ones.
Dancing can challenge memory, coordination, and cognitive flexibility; provide enjoyable cardiovascular exercise; develop flexibility, balance, and body awareness; support mood and emotional well-being; build social connection and community; and offer a chance for creative expression.
