Hayley brings extensive experience as a former line cook, front of house
staff, and catering manager. She has earned a cookery certificate from
Demuths Cookery School in Bath, England. However, cheese is her true
passion. She owns a Member Certification from the Academy of Cheese and a Cheese Scholar designation from the Cheese State University program.
