"In a hole in the ground, there lived a hobbit.." In this handbuilding class, you'll sculpt a Bag End-inspired planter or mug using slab building and whimsical additions like round doors, stone textures, and mossy details. Once your piece has been sculpted, you'll add color and details with clay paints (underglaze). Pieces will need 3 weeks to dry and be kiln-fired. Return to glaze your creation for free! No experience required.-Tickets are per person and non-refundable.
-Age 9 and up, under 16 must have participating adult.
-Clay can get messy. Wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty. Aprons will be provided.
-You will receive a text message when your pottery has been fired and is ready for glazing.
-All pottery not picked up within 60 days will be subjected to donation.
