About this Event
This session is suitable for both pre and postnatal women and you can bring your non-mobile baby with you too! Book in advance and show up ready to sweat and have fun with other mums. This session also focuses on toning your pelvic floor muscles. Get ready to work on your legs and bums while bonding with fellow mums in a supportive environment. Let's get fit together!
