About this Event
This year's topic is: The AI Enabled Health System: What Happens When Intelligence is Everywhere?
This session is approved for 1.5 ACHE In-Person Credits.
Artificial intelligence is no longer something healthcare leaders can view as an emerging technology on the horizon. It is rapidly becoming embedded across the health system—from clinical decision-making and patient engagement to workforce management, operations, finance, administration, and the everyday work of healthcare professionals.
So perhaps the question is no longer whether healthcare will adopt AI—but what happens when intelligence is everywhere?
Join Healthcare Leaders of New York for the Annual Frank Camerano Memorial Dinner & Lecture and a forward-looking conversation that moves beyond the familiar discussion of “Why AI?” Instead, our panel will explore what an AI-enabled health system could actually look like, what changes when these technologies become part of the infrastructure of healthcare, and how leaders should prepare for what comes next.
The discussion will bring together diverse perspectives spanning artificial intelligence, healthcare leadership, clinical practice, operations, and responsible AI. Panelists will examine both the opportunities and the difficult questions that accompany increasingly pervasive AI: Where can it create meaningful value? How might it reshape the healthcare workforce and the roles of clinicians and leaders? What happens to human judgment as machines become more capable? How should organizations approach trust, ethics, bias, governance, and accountability? And how can healthcare leaders distinguish genuine transformation from hype?
This will not be a conversation about technology for technology’s sake. It is a conversation about leadership in a healthcare environment where AI may soon touch nearly everything we do.
The future of healthcare will not simply be about adopting artificial intelligence. It will be about deciding where it belongs, where it does not, and how we lead when it is everywhere.
